The Pavilion offers its guests a wide choice of dining options. Light and airy, the Brasserie offers a choice of menus throughout the day, whether for a full three course meal or a simple light snack, menus offer something for everyone in a relaxed atmosphere.
Open daily, the Pavilion also serves Dinner on Friday and Saturday’s.

Menus change on a regular basis to coincide with the seasons and what is in prime condition. Fresh Fish and Seafood are strongly featured together with Traditional Regional dishes and more modern familiar Brasserie dishes.
All desserts, breads and ice creams are made in house and feature Guernsey Dairy produce.

Whether for Morning Coffee, Lunch, a genuine Guernsey Cream Tea or simply a refreshing glass of wine, the South facing Terrace is the ideal location to relax and enjoy.
Overlooking the mature landscaped gardens and tennis courts, the Terrace is only a two minute walk from the Hotel’s Par 3 Nine hole Golf Course.
Dinner is also available on the Terrace during summer months.
The Pavilion serves genuine Guernsey Cream Teas, freshly baked fruit Scones daily and served with Guernsey Cream, together with Traditional Guernsey Gáche, lavishly coated with Guernsey Butter and served with a selection of Teas, Coffees or fruit infusions.
Sandwiches are available made to order or choose from the light bites menu.
Champagne Cream Teas are also available.
